In certain cases we can seed new lawns, sod them, overseed to thicken up grass areas, or repair spots in the lawn.
We try to use high quality seed that has multiple seed types within the mix to ensure that something takes to the ground. Some types I use have a coating that requires less watering. ([1.5 bags] 25lb bag per 5000sq. ft.)
